    Improv Night
Just Add Water: Comedy From Concentrate!
Just Add Water (from Yale U) has been satisfying laugh-starved appetites since 1986 with its exciting and ever-changing brand of improvisational comedy. Starting with raw ingredients given by the audience, they create spontaneous scenes, songs and stories guided by the “script” of imagination.

Two out of four quarters agree…
Just Add Water is hotter than 50 Cent. Just Add Water has performed in comedy clubs, classrooms, opera houses, convention centers and a parking lot. They have toured the world’s greatest cities- New York, Los Angeles, Philadelphia, Washington D.C., New Orleans, Poughkeepsie- in front of such glitterati as Sting, Jackson Browne, and civil rights leader Vernon Jordan; and were the first college comedy troupe ever invited to perform on the mainstage at Chicago’s Second City Theater.

And now they’re here! Along with light snacks and beverages! Come hang out and see a great show!

    Dandiya Dancing in the City
The Last Dandiya Dance of the Season!

What is “dandiya” dancing? Dandiya-raas or ‘stick’ dance, in which men and women join the dance circle,
holding small polished sticks or dandiyas. As they whirl to the intoxicating rhythm of the dance,
men and women strike the dandias together, adding to the joyous atmosphere.
    It’s easy to learn,
low key but fast paced, and communal in atmosphere.

Dandiya sticks are available at the venue.
You can also make your own – (2) 1″ dowels, 1.5′ each – decorated or not.

Please contact Yatish if you are interested – rides may be possible to arrange.
Please give your name, department, and whether you have been to a dandiya/raas/garba before.
